Buyer acknowledges the seller makes no warranty or promise by the sale of the items offered. A buyers premium of 15% will be added to each purchase and Local Sales Tax will automatically be added to each invoice - if you are out of state and setup shipping, sales tax will be removed. If you are tax exempt you must reply to your emailed invoice with your exemption form or bring this form in person to the pickup day.

Auction Closing: Closing commences on Friday April 24th at 8:00 PM EST. This is a staggered ending sale at 3 items per minute and may extend due to continued bidding.
Pickup and Removal Date: Saturday 4/25 from 9:00am to 4:00pm and Sunday 4/26 from 10am to 1:00pm EST, Monday 4/27 by appointment only
Shipping: Available for this sale. Please reply to your emailed invoice with your shipping request. You will pay actual shipping charges, plus a handling fee starting at $40 per standard size 4' pallet and/or $7/box for smaller items. Additional fee's may be charged for non standard sized shipments or difficult to pack items.

In the event you cannot abide by the terms and details, Do Not Bid. Please note that all invoices must be paid on 4/26 by 1pm. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the rights to those items and payment will still be due.
