• Payment is due by Noon, Monday April 27th.
• No warranty is stated or implied. Please attend the inspection / Preview Day, Saturday April 25th from 10am until 4pm to evaluate the items and determine their value and usefulness to you.
• Pick Up days are Tuesday and Wednesday, April 28 & 29th ONLY. Items not picked up will be forfeited without recourse. By bidding on an item you agree to these terms.

Local Pick Up Only- No Shipping or Storage is Available on any item
Payment is due by Noon Monday, April 27th,  the day after the auction closes . When the auction closes we will send both an itemized invoice and a link to our preferred payment platform, Square. If you don't make payment on Square, we will run your card on file after noon on Monday, April 27th. Please contact auctioneer with questions.

There is NO SHIPPING ON ANY ITEM, and all items must be removed on the scheduled pick up days to avoid  forfeiture of items not picked up.

Please Note: Items not picked up by 5pm, Wednesday, April 29 will be forfeited with no recourse when the property returns to the landlord.
