YOUR WINNING BID IS A LEGAL CONTRACT TO PURCHASE: Please keep in mind that each bid you make is a binding contract to buy the item if you win. Invoices are sent shortly after the auction closes and must be paid prior to removal of items. Contact us concerning your preferred method of payment. We accept Visa, Master Card, Cash. Unpaid invoices are charged to your credit card on file the afternoon of the day following the close of this auction. Please contact the auctioneer if you will be paying with cash at the time of pick up.

BUYERS PREMIUM: 15%. If your winning bid is $100, you will be charged $115 at checkout. Accepted payment methods include VISA/MasterCard, Discover, and cash.

LOCATION OF SALE: Sale is conducted online, with the pre-sale inspection and post sale pick up of items at  our San Antonio Warehouse, 10581 Duncan Place, Converse TX 78109.  Sale is conducted online, through this website, with no other purchase options available. Shipping is not available for any items in this sale.

DYNAMIC ROLLING CLOSE: Our auction closes at a rate of 3 items per minute, and bidding remains open on any un-closed item. The closing time of an asset is automatically extended by three minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last three minutes of an asset’s closing time. The sale continues until each item is sold. A 450 item sale would typically take about 150 minutes to close.

PREVIEW & INSPECTION DATE:  WEDNESDAY, Dec 01, 11am until 5pm at the San Antonio warehouse.

ENDING DATE: Wednesday: Dec 02, rolling close begins at 7:30 pm Central time. Auction items close in sequence and the auction will close over a two hour period on the evening of Dec 02.

PICK UP AND REMOVAL DATES: The removal dates are Saturday, Dec 4th 11 am until 5 pm, and Sunday Dec 5th 11 am until 3pm. Please contact the auctioneer on Friday to obtain a pick up time slot. Please remember times are approximate.  NO Pick up is available on Friday Dec 3rd.
