NO SHIPPING, STORAGE OR DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE FOR ANY ITEM IN THIS AUCTION. Pick up dates are firm: Saturday Dec 3rd and Sunday, Dec 4th, from 11 am until 5pm each day. Building reverts to landlord after this auction and no storage is available.  Unclaimed items will be forfeited with no refund or recourse available to winning bidder. By placing a bid you are agreeing to these terms. Do Not Bid if you cannot meet this schedule.

FORK LIFT SERVICE:  A forklift and operator will be available at pickup, and charge a fee of $15 per item lifted. Free  usage of our pallet jacks and dollies is available.

All items sold "as is, where is" with no warranty implied or expressed. Terms are cash or Credit Card, with payment prior to pick up of items. Inspection is encouraged to determine the value and suitability of items to you. Failure to inspect does not change the terms of the sale- no refunds, exchanges, substitutions or adjustments will be made.

Refrigeration Equipment can be fickle. Please note each unit has been tested working in our warehouse, unless otherwise noted.  Items are sold "as is, where is" , with no warranty expressed or implied.  There is no representation of functionality once the items leave our warehouse as we are not responsible for your loading, transportation, unloading or installation of any item. You are bidding on items that  have faults, either known or unknown.  Attend our inspection day to determine the item's value to you. Items are not represented as new, as they have been shipped to a customer and have been returned to the supplier and may have freight damage or missing trim parts. We do not know the reason for any return
