All new and unused: some floor samples are assembled, all others are new in original box or wrapping. Perfect for outdoor or indoor use, as well as vacation home and coastal home use.
Auction is OPEN FOR BIDDING NOW THROUGH ROLLING CLOSE ON SUNDAY EVENING, JUNE 23RD.
Rolling Close Begins at 7:30pm Central Time On Sunday June 23rd.The rolling close will take approximately two hours to complete.
TWO INSPECTION DAYS: FRIDAY, JUNE 14th AND FRIDAY, JUNE 21st, FROM 11 AM UNTIL 4 PM EACH DAY
Payment is due by Noon on Monday June 24th. When the auction closes we will send both an itemized invoice and a link to our preferred payment platform, Square. You may use that platform or we can run your card on file. Please contact auctioneer with questions.
There is NO SHIPPING ON ANY ITEM, and all items must be removed on the scheduled pick up days to avoid extra costs or forfeiture of items not picked up

All items sold as is, where is, with no returns, exchanges, allowances or refunds permitted. Please attend our open house preview to inspect the furniture and determine it's functionality and value to you. Payment is due by noon the day after the auction through our preferred payment platform (Square). You will receive a link to Square after the auction closes. If you prefer to use the card you registered with, there is no need to notify us, as that card will be charged after noon on the day following the auction.
