NO SHIPPING, STORAGE OR DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE FOR ANY ITEM IN THIS AUCTION. Pick up date is firm: Saturday January 7th, from 11 am until 5pm each. Building reverts to landlord after this auction and no storage is available. Unclaimed items will be forfeited with no refund or recourse available to winning bidder. By placing a bid you are agreeing to these terms. Do Not Bid if you cannot meet this schedule.
All Items are sold "as is, where is" with no delivery available. Items must be removed on pick up day of January 07, from 11 am to 5-pm. Terms are cash or credit card with payment due at noon on January 6th. Please attend the inspection day to determine the condition of the items, and their value to you. There are no refunds, adjustments, exchanges or delivery available on any item.
