Payment is due by Noon Tuesday, April 15th, the day after the auction closes . When the auction closes we will send both an itemized invoice and a link to our preferred payment platform, Square. If you don't make payment on Square, we will run your card on file after noon on Tues, April 15. Please contact auctioneer with questions.
There is NO SHIPPING ON ANY ITEM, and all items must be removed on the scheduled pick up days to avoid extra costs or forfeiture of items not picked up

Soho Wine and Martini Bar is located at 235 E Commerce St 78205. Some GPS and google listings have a Crockett St address which is not accessible to trucks and has no available parking due to the valet services of adjacent hotels. Please use the 235 Commerce St address for pick up. Also, since downtown SA is so congested please call the day after the auction to arrange a pickup time. Call the auctioneer to help facilitate pick up time and parking.
All Items are sold "as is, where is" with any faults known or unknown included. Please visit our inspection preview the day before the auction closes to evaluate the functionality and usefulness of the offered items. A winning bid is a legal promise to pay for the items on the day after the auction. There are no refunds, exchanges or adjustments on any sold item. All sales are final.
Please bring help to gather and load your items, as well as any needed tie downs and boxes.. Tools may be required to remove some items. Communicate with the auctioneer and staff to be prepared. Commerce street can be congested, so plan ahead by contacting us at 210.264.4176
